Ge-Suk Yeo's compositions and ideas for sound she notes as sound-calligraphies. These 'sounding pictures'/'sound calligraphies' got exhibited in Korea, Germany, Poland and the US. 2003 she got a member of 'Berufsverband Bildender Künstler' (the professional artist association of Germany).

11.-31.05.2009: Notations 21 - exhibiton of graphical notations in the Hutchins Gallery New York

04.10. - 01.11.2008: Exihibition at Chelsea Art Museum New York. The exhibition includes the debut of a film by Carlos Friere, featuring interview material with such groundbreaking composers as John Cage, Earle Brown, Robert Ashley, Karlheinz Stockhausen, James Tenney, and a new, exclusive interview with Ge-Suk Yeo.

Graphical Notations of Ge-Suk Yeo gets part of the Notations 21 project.

"Notations 21 is a modern compendium and anthology, deriving its inspiration from Cage's seminal work. Thousands of new composers are creating scores, the likes of which Cage could have never anticipated, that are graphic in nature, liberated from the traditional staff, and rival the best visual art in their aesthetic value. The modern music world did not cease its innovations in the 1960's. It will profile the work of 150+ composers from around the world, each one using a unique or graphical notation style."
