If you hang around in Hamburg June 23rd 2002, 8 p.m., then just check out the danish group 'Trio Chroch' in the Künstlerhaus, Weidenallee 10b. The trio will be joined by the local improvisation musicians Ge-Suk Yeo (voice), Helmut Neumann (trombone) and Björn Lücker (drums).

New music - experimental, improvised! - with Kyle Bruckmann (Oboe) form Chicago and from Hamburg Ge-Suk Yeo (voice), Birgit Ulher (trombone), Heiner Metzger (clarinet, moog), Björn Lücker (drums). It starts 8 p.m. in the ‘Alte Kapelle’, Beim Schlump 85, Hamburg, Germany. Everbody is invited to join us at a follow up concert the next day, Mai 31st, at 6 p.m. in the Hochschule für Bildende Künste, Lerchenfeld 2, Hamburg. There will be music with Kyle Bruckmann, Ge-Suk Yeo and from Bremen Nils Gerold (flute) and some talking afterwards, too.

The 2002 Festival end of April in New York will feature twenty-three performing groups with a total of over sixty participants. This year Ge-Suk Yeo visited there and met nice musicians like Blaise Siwula from New York, Roman Stolyar from Novosibirsk, Frank Hiesler from Hamburg and Helen Jerg, Johan Toft, Henriette Errebo, Gerhard Pischinger from Denmark. This years 'Summer Music Festival in Saarbrücken', Germany has its focus on romantic in singing, lyrics and poetry. It features romantic influences in jazz, free music as well as in contemporary music.
